Message	the new bushings are a little tight at first but give them a few weeks. And you may want to tie a string on the end of an open end wrench when removing/installing the shifter. I told myself when I changed mine that I wouldn't need to but sure as crap I dropped the damn wrench through the hole. The exhaust runs right under the shifter so dropping the wrench can be a real pain to get back.
